| During the Colonial period, women would mix and match skirts, stomachers and what was called an 'Anglaise', or a long over jacket or gown. The Anglaise in this Dress is made from deep red calico. It is edged with ruffles of the same color. The underskirt and stomacher are made from cream calico with red roses sprinkled on it. The dress is also trimmed with elegant cream lace and ribbons. $22.95
